Dr. Cain has served the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex area as a physician since 2008. He started his medical career as a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician in the US Army Special Operations Command in 2001, where he experienced unique opportunities to provide emergent care in many areas of the world. Through these experiences, he developed a keen understanding of how injuries and illnesses can significantly affect people’s daily lives. After retiring from the military, he parlayed his knowledge and experience into a passion for teaching/training individual civilians and law enforcement public servants to apply immediate life-saving skills to critically injured/ill people until trained EMS personnel can arrive. However, his continued desire to help people avoid chronic illness and injuries prompted him to complete additional medical studies in Lifestyle Medicine, and he is a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Through TXHealthspan, he will blend his unique medical expertise with the art of wellness and beauty to ensure that you achieve a beautiful and more youthful appearance in a subtle manner. He brings a physician’s approach to aesthetic medicine and will provide oversight for all medical treatment aspects as the safety and efficacy of our programs is our highest priority.
