Weight management is a very complex and potentially sensitive topic. In my humble professional opinion, the tired mantra of “eat less, eat healthier, and exercise more” is not a helpful statement and serves as a warning that the person uttering such advice clearly does not understand the complexities involved in helping people optimize their weight loss process. There simply is not a single program for weight management that will work forevery human being. At TXHealthspan, we understand that there are many factorsthat must be accounted for when starting a weight-loss process, and that every person deserves to be treated individually. We will work with you to find the process that is best for you as an individual, and then monitor your progress throughout your journey. Ultimately, we want to provide you with the tools that will allow you to analyze all of the information available to you in today’s world of “instant access” and then make the best-informed decisions for your own health care needs as possible.
