Ellen Mehta, FNP
Ellen Mehta is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She originally received her bachelor’s degree in business administration in Brazil. She came to United States as an Au Pair for a linguistic and cultural immersion in 2007, and she decided to pursue her career in nursing. Ellen has worked in the emergency room since 2015. As a nurse practitioner, Ellen has experience in family medicine, urgent care, weight management, advanced medical aesthetics, hormone replacement therapy, and telemedicine. Ellen is also a volunteer translator for the Progeria Research Foundation, helping children from all around the world. Ellen speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish. She lives in McKinney with her husband and her two adopted chihuahuas, Calvin and Ian. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, studying, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
